Dear All
Wanted to thank you for the opportunity to have worked here in Haiti with Werner and Bernard. Two great delegates on the It telecom ERU team. They both have great skills and can even multi task ! Werner helped us to complete a small wat/san project when we fell short of a wat/san delegate and Bernard doubled as our in house doctor when most of us fell ill with the flu and bronchitis !
But first and foremost , good telecom delegates.
